Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ViralMemeVideo (viralmemevideo.com). By creating an account or generating a video you accept them. Contact: support@viralmemevideo.com.

What ViralMemeVideo is

ViralMemeVideo is an independent tool that makes short, AI-generated parody videos and slideshows in the style of popular internet memes, starting from a photo you upload. Every video is generated by AI and contains no real footage.

ViralMemeVideo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any athlete, artist, club, film studio, brand or social platform named on the site. Names are used only to describe the meme trend a template is inspired by.

AI models we use

• Videos are generated by Seedance 2.0 Mini, an image-to-video model made by ByteDance.
• Images (slideshow templates) are generated by GPT Image 2.5, an image model made by OpenAI.

Both models run through KIE.ai, an AI model provider. Each template page shows the model it uses before you generate. If we change a model, we will update this list.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service, and at least 18 to buy credits. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Photos you upload

You may only upload a photo if:

• it shows you, or a person who has given you permission to use it; or
• it shows a child and you are that child's parent or legal guardian.

You confirm this every time you generate. Do not upload photos of public figures, celebrities or strangers to make videos that look like them.

What you may not create

You may not use ViralMemeVideo to create or share content that:

• is sexual, nude or suggestive, and never anything sexual involving a minor;
• shows violence, self-harm, hate or harassment toward a real person or group;
• impersonates a real person, or could mislead people into thinking a real event happened;
• is used for fraud, scams, political deception or fake endorsements;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness rights.

Uploaded photos are checked automatically, and we may refuse a render, remove content or close accounts that break these rules. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

Reporting content

If you find a video or image made with ViralMemeVideo that breaks these rules, or that uses your photo or likeness without your permission, report it to us. Anyone can report, with or without an account:

• Email: send it to support@viralmemevideo.com with the subject "Report". Include the link to the content (or where you saw it), what is wrong with it, and, if it shows you, how we can confirm that.
• Signed in: open a ticket under Settings → Tickets, or use the Contact support button on the home page.

What happens next:

1. We confirm we received your report within 2 business days.
2. We review it and, if it breaks these terms, remove the content and warn, suspend or close the account that made it. Content involving a minor or a real person's likeness without consent is taken down first and reviewed after.
3. We tell you the outcome within 7 days of your report. Child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities.

If your own content was removed and you think we got it wrong, reply to our email and we will review it again.

Sharing what you make

When you post a generated video, label it as AI-generated or parody where the platform asks for it, and do not present it as real footage.

Credits, payment and refunds

• Credits are sold in one-time packs. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Prices and the credits each render costs are shown on the pricing page and before you generate.
• Payments are processed by Waffo. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise.
• Failed renders refund automatically. If a render fails or does not finish within 30 minutes, the credits return to your balance.
• Unused packs: email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund a pack that has no credits used.
• If a finished render is clearly broken (for example blank or corrupted), email us with the video link and we will return the credits.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Ownership

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service. Subject to these terms and to the rights of others, you may use the videos you generate for personal and social sharing. The site, its templates, prompts and design belong to ViralMemeVideo.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI results vary and may not match the demo exactly. We may change or stop templates at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date above, and tell you by email or on the site if the change is significant.
