Privacy Policy

This policy covers ViralMemeVideo (viralmemevideo.com), an online tool that turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated meme video or slideshow. Questions or requests: support@viralmemevideo.com.

What we collect

1. Account details: your email address and name, plus your Google profile name and picture if you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.
2. Photos you upload: the images you choose for a template, and any short text you type (for example a caption or costume).
3. What we make for you: the videos and images generated from your photos, and a record of each render (template, quality, credits used, status).
4. Purchases: the pack you bought, the amount and the order status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Waffo; we never receive or store card numbers.
5. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language. We use this for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.

How we use it

• To render the videos you ask for and show them in My videos.
• To check that uploaded photos are not sexual, violent or otherwise unsafe before anything is generated.
• To sell and track credits, process refunds and answer support requests.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the service running.

We do not sell your data, use your photos for advertising, or use your photos to train AI models.

Who processes your data

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare: Hosting, database and file storage (R2)
• KIE.ai: Runs the AI models on your photo: Seedance 2.0 Mini (ByteDance) for videos and GPT Image 2.5 (OpenAI) for images
• SeeAPI: Automated safety check of uploaded photos
• Waffo: Payment processing
• Google: Optional sign-in

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect users and the service from harm.

How long we keep it

• Photos and generated videos are stored in our cloud storage so you can view and download them. They stay until you ask us to delete them or close your account. Copies held by the AI provider for processing expire on their side within about 24 hours.
• Account and order records are kept while your account is open, and order records as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, including any single photo or video, by emailing support@viralmemevideo.com from your account email. We reply within 30 days. If you live in the EU, UK or another region with privacy laws, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

ViralMemeVideo is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Only upload a photo of a child if you are that child's parent or legal guardian.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you by email or on the site if the change is significant.
